DIBUTUHKAN SEGERA : PROCUREMENT MANAGER
LOKASI : JAKARTA TIMUR

Responsibilities:
• Prepare specifications, evaluate bids, recommend vendors for the purpose of securing items and/or services within budget and in compliance with operational regulations.
• Assists staff and vendors for the purpose of providing vendor master data information and facilitating purchasing process.
• Track and report savings against budget including cost avoidance.
• Working cross functionally will ensure requirements are relayed to the supply chain in an effective and timely way.
• Working cross functionally to address quality, cost or manufacturing issues etc in a timely and effective manner.
• Provide guidance, support and assist with training for Buyers as required.
• Evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery lead time.
• Interview vendors and visit suppliers' plants and distribution centres to examine and learn about products, services, and prices.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree of Technical, Business Degree background
• Minimum 10 years working as Procurement Manager in service, hospitality industry
• Having knowledge in Indonesia Geographic for handle site allocation
• Strong negotiation, inventory management and cost analysis skills
• Should be able to present reports and data in presentation format.
• Understands the role and function of Procurement as it relates to the organization
• Has a professional and ethical approach within the Supply Chain, with colleagues and with Customers at all times.
• Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills are required; MS Project would be an advantage
